Blue Heron Accountability (BAC)

BHAC is made up of parent representatives, teacher/staff representatives, community representatives, and the Blue Heron Elementary principal, as required by Colorado law. Its goal is to provide a forum for communication and collaboration in order to monitor and enhance the quality of education for our students. The Advisory Committee provides parents, the community, teaching staff, school administration, and the school district the means to advise and discuss education at Blue Heron Elementary School, share ideas, review policies, and provide feedback to school administration and the JeffCo school district. A partial list of topics discussed includes school performance, school improvement plans, enrichment, policies, initiatives, curriculum, involvement, school safety, and budget.
